FULL LIFETIME OF TRUCK BED LINER WEAR WARRANTY

What Is Covered

This warranty covers any area of cracking or separation/bubbling to a correctly applied Stead Fast Custom Linings truck bed liner. Or an area which does not meet the thickness guidelines specified.
To be correctly applied, the Stead Fast Custom Linings liner must dry to a thickness of at least one-eighth (1/8) inches on the bed floor and tailgate and one-sixteenth (1/16) inches on the sides of the bed.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover incorrectly applied bed liners or holes or cuts in the correctly applied bed liner caused by sharp objects or chiseling (These damages are easily repaired at a nominal fee). NOR DOES THIS WARRANTY COVER A STEAD FAST CUSTOM LININGS TRUCK BED LINER THAT HAS BEEN MODIFIED, TINTED, SUPPLEMENTED, OR ALTERED IN ANYWAY AFTER LEAVING THE MANUFACTURING PLANT. This warranty shall not include any liability for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or delay.
NOTE: Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

When Warranty Commences

The term of this warrenty commences when the original vehicle owner has paid the purchase price for the truck bed liner in full.

What Specialty Products, Inc. & Stead Fast Custom Linings, LLC Will Do
In the event a wear through occurs in a covered Stead Fast Custom Linings truck bed liner, Specialty Products, Inc. will provide five (5) gallons or a credit for such amount to Stead Fast Custom Linings, LLC at 641 Main Street, East Haven, CT 06512. Stead Fast Custom Linings, LLC will apply a new bed liner over the existing bed liner at no charge to the vehicle owner. Specialty Products, Inc. is not obligated to apply the product to the vehicle.

How To Get Service

Bring the vehicle to Stead Fast Custom Linings, LLC at 641 Main Street, East Haven, CT 06512 for inspection. At the option of Specialty Products, Inc. the vehicle owner may be required to provide a photograph of the damaged portion(s) of the bed liner. If Stead Fast Custom Linings, LLC is no longer in business, this wear warranty shall be null and void.

How State Law Applies

This warranty gives you specified legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
